Hey there! I’m Syaffiq, a Support Technician based in Penang. I spend most of my time helping people fix tech issues, making systems run smoother, and figuring out why things break — and how to stop them from doing it again.

I’m always curious about how things work, especially in tech. I enjoy learning new tools, automating boring stuff, and occasionally diving into random coding projects just for fun.

Outside of work, I’m into gaming, exploring new gadgets, and messing around with DIY electronics. I also enjoy a good cup of coffee, chill playlists, and the occasional YouTube rabbit hole.
